I paid but didn't get an email
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, use the Resend access code box below — we'll send it again to the email on file.
My access code says invalid
Codes are 8 characters. Type carefully (codes never contain the letter O or the number 0). If it still fails, request a resend.
I get logged out on dashboard refresh
Your session is stored in your browser. Sign in again with email + code — that's all you need.
Can I get a refund?
Email us within 7 days of purchase if you're unhappy with the course. Include your purchase email.
